NCW COLLISION COURSE 2012 Results

On Friday night February 3rd Northeast Championship Wrestling kicked off its 2012 wrestling season and 15 years of NCW with COLLISION COURSE, live from the Jacob Jones VFW Post in Dedham, MA. Not only the packed house in Dedham saw the beginning of the 22 man Heavyweight Championship Tournament, as the entire event was broadcast over the internet on UStream thanks to “Sinista1″ Keith Hayes & Frank Czarnowski.

- The Granite State Wrecking Crew ["The Unequaled One" Todd Sople & "The Granite State Destroyer" Gunar Rowe] d. Triplelicious & “The Barrington Bulldozer” John Munroe in tag team action, kicking off the event with a rematch from WrestleFest VII.

- In a First Round Tournament Match Richard Pacifico w/ Brandon Rezner d. Eddie Loomis with the ‘cobra clutch slam’ to advance into the next round.

- NCW Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley came out thank all the fans in Dedham for their support over the years. Livsley mentioned that NCW’s time may be over at the Jacob Jones VFW Post due to issues beyond our control, and encouraged the NCW fans to keep an eye open for what happens next. Livsley was then interrupted by Christopher James, the overconfident nephew of Uncle Joe. James demanded a match tonight, or face the wrath of his Uncle. Dean was happy to oblige, giving Chris James Cenobite one on one.

- “The Monster” Cenobite w/ Valkyrie d. Christopher James with the ‘Hell on Earth’. Following the match Cenobite was jumped by his February 18th opponent “The Maniacal” Jack Krueger. Krueger blindsided “The Monster” with his steel chair, and then stalked Valkyrie until Cenobite rebounded with his chain in hand.

- In another Tournament Match, “Dynamite” Doug Summers d. Brandon Rezner w/ Richard Pacifico.

- What started out as “The Juice” JT Dunn w/ Amber taking on “Dynamic” Jon Thornhill quickly turned into a Triple Threat Match when “Simply the Best” GA West along with the Firm interrupted, demanding respect after having beaten both men at the end of the 2011 Season. Dunn & Thornhill seemed into the idea, as both men jumped West to bring him into the match.

- “Simply the Best” GA West w/ the Firm d. “The Juice” JT Dunn & “Dynamic” Jon Thornhill in a Triple Threat Match, stealing the victory from Dunn.

- The Lumberjake d. the NCW New England Champion “The Original Showoff” Mike Paiva w/ Kevin Cordeiro & JC Marxxx in a First Round Tournament Match, advancing into the next Round. Originally the match went to a time limit draw, but JC believed that Zero Tolerance would need to dominate and requested five more minutes from referee Redd Roche. All parties agreed, and before Paiva knew where he was Lumberjake finished off Paiva with his modified sideslam to pick up the win much to the delight of the crowd.

- “Cocky” Kevin Cordeiro w/ Mike Paiva & JC Marxxx d. Rob the Giant in a First Round Tournament Match after Cordeiro took advantage of Giant’s hurt foot, grape-vining Robbie’s leg into submission. Following the match Paiva & Marxxx ordered Kevin to continue the beating on his former friend, until Destruction Under Impact made the save.

- In a 1st Round Tournament Match and bitter grudge match, “The Portuguese Sensation” Ruy Batello d. Scotty “By GOD” Vegas to advance, pinning Vegas after a brutal ‘Ruination’.

- In a Non Title Match, Zero Tolerance members Buddy Romano & David Marxxx-Loomis d. the NCW Tag Team Champions Destruction Under Impact after Mike Paiva & Kevin Cordeiro interfered on their partners behalf. DUI was then brutalized by Zero Tolerance, until The Lumberjake & Rob the Giant came out to even the odds. Eventually overwhelmed, they were then joined by Eddie Loomis & Ruy Batello who helped clear the ring of ZT.

NCW returns to action on Saturday night February 18th at the Elks Lodge in West Warwick RI for Silence the Violence XI.
