The Wire: Fall Brawl
After a chaotic September and the anarchy surrounding the NCW Heavyweight Championship over the last two months, Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley has done everything in his power to keep order, although it’s probably given the Commissioner an ulcer in the process.
In an effort to keep track of all the bedlam, a simple timeline—
August 13th, 2011
Scotty “By GOD” Vegas pins the NCW Heavyweight Champion Ruy Batello during Total Elimination, defeating him with his running knee strike. Following the match, Vegas steals “The Portuguese Sensation’s” Heavyweight Title belt.
August 27th, 2011
Due to Hurricane Irene, the NCW 2011 Big City Rumble event was postponed. Vegas, who was supposed to wrestle Batello for the NCW Title, arrived in Rhode Island anyway, attacking Ruy at his own home. During the melee Ruy’s knee is injured, putting him on the disabled list.
September 16th, 2011
NCW Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley returns from Bangor, ME for NCW FALLOUT with the Heavyweight Championship in tow. Livsley has indefinitely suspended Vegas for the attack, and wants Ruy to take the Championship back.
Ruy believes everyone in the NCW locker room deserves the opportunity to be Heavyweight Champion, and shouldn’t hold the belt while injured. He encourages Dean to put the Title on the line the following week in Dedham, in the 2011 Big City Rumble. “The Antisocial Anarchist” Tim Kilgore interjects, talking about how he’s been working all Season to earn a shot at the NCW Title and Ruy Batello. Looking for his opportunity, Kilgore asks Dean to enter the Big City Rumble at #1, and if he can outlast 29 other men then he will become Heavyweight Champion.
Buddy Romano and “Dynamite” Doug Summers face off in the middle of the ring, setting up the final match in their epic Best of 7 Series in Dedham at NCW FACE/OFF: The Big City Rumble. Romano states that not only will he defeat Summers and keep his $2000, but also states that if he does not win the 2011 Big City Rumble then he will quit the wrestling business.
September 23rd, 2011
“The Antisocial Anarchist” Tim Kilgore wrestles “The Juice” JT Dunn in the opener of NCW FACE/OFF. Despite a great effort, Dunn picks up the win defeating Kilgore in his first loss since May. Kilgore is still resolved to enter the Rumble at #1.
Three time former NCW Tag Team Champion “Dynamic” Jon Thornhill returned to action for the first time since May, defeating “Simply the Best” GA West in a terrific match-up.
“Dynamite” Doug Summers defeats Buddy Romano in the 7th match of their Best of 7 Series, a brutal war that took so much out of both men. Following the match Doug attempted to shake Buddy’s hand, but the bitter Romano hit a low blow on Summers, taking back his bag of money.
The returning David Marxxx-Loomis is set to go up against his younger brother Eddie Loomis after Eddie put David on the injured list for nearly five months. Before Eddie can even get to the ring he is blindsided by “The Showoff” Mike Paiva and Jack Krueger. All three men brutalize the younger Loomis, as JC Marxxx returns and says that his plan is finally coming together. The group then threatens Ruy Batello [at ringside doing commentary], and promises that tonight the Heavyweight Championship comes home.
In the 2011 Big City Rumble, Buddy Romano wins the NCW Heavyweight Championship after he is assisted by David Marxxx-Loomis and “The Showoff” Mike Paiva, who remained at ringside following their eliminations. Coming down to Romano and Tim Kilgore, who had entered #1 as promised. Kilgore went to eliminate Romano after sending him over the top with a clothesline, but as he went tumbling down Loomis caught Romano, while Paiva tripped Kilgore up sending him to the floor. JC Marxxx then announced his new NCW Heavyweight Champion—Buddy Romano!
October 1st, 2011
The new NCW Heavyweight Champion Buddy Romano returned to his hometown of West Warwick, RI along with his new running mates David Marxxx-Loomis, “The Showoff” Mike Paiva, & JC Marxxx. As the group gloats about their victory in Dedham a furious Tim Kilgore interrupts, promising that he will get his revenge one way or another before his retirement on November 19th.
Dean “The Beast” Livsley comes out, and tells Kilgore that he did earn some respect after lasting through the entire Big City Rumble, and that if it wasn’t for Romano and his goons then Kilgore would have won the NCW Championship. But while Kilgore deserves an opportunity, so does “Dynamite” Doug Summers considering Doug defeated Buddy in Dedham at FACE/OFF. Livsley announces that on October 29th in Brockton, MA Kilgore will wrestle Summers in a #1 Contenders Match, with the winner going on to WrestleFest to battle the Heavyweight Champion. Romano won’t have the night off however, since he’ll be defending the NCW Title in Brockton against “Dynamic” Jon Thornhill!
With all the calamity surrounding the Championship, Ruy Batello’s injury, the seeming reformation of Zero Tolerance, and the impending retirement of Tim Kilgore, one has to wonder what will go down before this tumultuous 2011 Season is over with. Stay tuned true believers.

With “Dynamic” Jon Thornhill’s surprise return at NCW FACE/OFF, and his upcoming Heavyweight Title Match against the NCW Champion Buddy Romano, one has to wonder where “The Average Guy” Timothy Pittman is.

Despite his better judgment, Commissioner Livsley signed off on the second ever Boston Massacre Match on November 19th when “The Monster” Cenobite goes up against Richard Pacifico, in a rematch from their classic encounter back in 2008 at WrestleFest IV. After months of torture, Pacifico stuck another knife into the heart of “The Monster”, as he decimated “The Knight Angel” BerZerker at NCW FACE/OFF, destroying him with six vicious chair shots following their singles match.
After Pacifico pinned BerZerker with his ‘cobra clutch slam’, he began stalking the ring while signaling in on his prey. As his protégé Brandon Rezner entered the ringside area with a steel chair, Pacifico went under the ring to get his own chair as well. Cenobite & Valkyrie attempted to stop the attack, but Rezner stood between the ring and entrance with his chair, while security and officials did their best to keep “The Monster” at bay.

When the troops finally helped Cenobite storm the ring, the damage had been done. An enraged Cenobite standing over his fallen friend and partner finally snapped, challenging Pacifico to a Boston Massacre Match, a rematch of their classic encounter three years earlier at WrestleFest IV. A deranged Pacifico smirked back at “The Monster”, accepting the challenge for November 19th in Dedham, MA. But what happens before then? October 1st at EYE OF THE HURRICANE Cenobite took his frustrations out on Brandon Rezner, destroying him with his chain. WrestleFest VII promises to be an epic event, that is if these two can survive their war until then.

The NCW 2010 Season Cup winner Steve “The Turtle” Weiner has recently been targeted by the conniving Michael Tootsie Esquire as MTE attempted to win the Season Cup. When he and his cronies were thwarted by the tenacious “Turtle”, MTE took matters into his own hands when he stole the Cup from Weiner at NCW FALLOUT. After no showing a scheduled match against Weiner at EYE OF THE HURRICANE, Tootsie sent The Lumberjake & Derrik Andrews to finish the job.
NCW Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley then encouraged “Turtle” to take what’s rightfully his on November 19th at WrestleFest VII, by winning the Season Cup one more time!
