After NCW’s 2011 Big City Rumble was postponed due to Hurricane Irene, the NCW world was shocked when “The Portuguese Sensation” Ruy Batello revealed that he was attacked by Scotty “By GOD” Vegas, putting him on the injured list. NCW Commissioner Dean “The Beast” Livsley and Ruy Batello agree that the vacated NCW Championship would be put up for grabs in Dedham, MA in the 2011 Rumble Match.
