RIVERSIDE- On Friday night September 16 Northeast Championship Wrestling continues its 2011 Season when it returns to the American Legion Post 10 in Riverside, RI [830 Willett Avenue] for NCW FALLOUT.
Competing in a seasonal format from the months of February through November, Northeast Championship Wrestling brings a unique atmosphere to wherever it goes, bringing forth larger than life characters, incredible athleticism, and a one of a kind experience for people of all ages. Our family-friendly events have been promoted all throughout the New England area for the last 14 years, integrating itself into the community.
With our August 27 event canceled due to the panic of Hurricane Irene, the stars of NCW are hungry for action as the 2011 Season heads toward its thrilling climax this November. In the night’s Main Event, the two time former Heavyweight Champion David Marxxx-Loomis along with his adopted father JC Marxxx, returns to the ring after a five month absence when he goes one on one with local big man “The Barrington Bulldozer” John Munroe.
After having his Heavyweight Championship belt stolen from him at NCW Heatwave, the Heavyweight Champion “The Portuguese Sensation” Ruy Batello looks to get his property back at FALLOUT when he goes up against the #1 contender Scotty Vegas.
NCW Tag Team Champions Destruction Under Impact [“Impact” William Thorne & “The RIOT” Kellan Thomas] are still reeling from the betrayal of their former partner Anthony Stone last month in Brockton, MA, but September 16 in Riverside DUI will have to worry about successfully defending their Tag Team Championship rather than look for revenge.
Also appearing September 16 in Riverside will be NCW’s 2010 Season Cup Winner Steve “The Turtle” Weiner, Rob the Giant Araujo & Kevin Cordeiro—One and a Half Men, Tim Kilgore, “The Juice” JT Dunn w/ Amber, Eddie Loomis, “Dynamite” Doug Summers, Buddy Romano, Heaven’s Fury, “The Devil’s Reject” Brandon Webb, and many more!
This wrestling exhibition is intended for entertainment purposes. Doors open for this event at 7:30pm with an 8pm scheduled start time. Tickets are only $10 for adults and $5 for kids ten and under.
