The REUNION Weekend Recap
[Reporting for NCW REUNION by Shawn O'Vincent. Additional reporting by Bud "The Man" Shurwalter]
It was an emotional weekend in Foxboro and Dedham, MA when Northeast Championship Wrestling celebrated its anniversary weekend with the 2nd annual Fight in Foxboro Friday night and then NCW’s 14 year REUNION the next night at the Jacob Jones VFW Post in Dedham, MA on April 8th and 9th.
Northeast Championship Wrestling presents the 2nd annual Fight in Foxboro
Saturday night 4/8/11
Foxboro Knights of Columbus Hall
Foxboro, Massachusetts
Ring Announcer: Aaron Adams (filling in for Shane Daly)
Referees: Dan “Dance” Tanaka, CJ Higgins, and Red Roche
NCW Commissioner: Dean “The Beast” Livsley
1. In the opener, NCW New England Champion “The Showoff” Mike Paiva d. Eddie Loomis in a Non Title Match.
NCW welcomed back Referee Dan Tanaka to the promotion after a two year absence. Tanaka was of course voted as the 2007-2008 Best Non Wrestling Personality thanks to his antics as “Dance” Tanaka.
2. Kevin Cordeiro d. “Chaotic” Chris James.
3. DUI’s Anthony Stone d. Richard Pacifico. Following the match both men gave each other a show of mutual respect.
NCW Heavyweight Champion “The Portuguese Sensation” Ruy Batello, battling fluid in his lungs and a 103 degree temperature called out his REUNION opponent Cam Denile, looking to inspire the #1 Contender for his opportunity the next night in Dedham. Telling him to fight for his newborn twins, and for himself rather than the Posse and JC Marxxx, Batello challenged him to bring his A-game.
4. Destruction Under Impact ["Impact" William Thorne & "The RIOT" Kellan Thomas] d. The Minutemen ["Dangerous" Devin Blaze & "Terrific" Tommy Trainwreck] in a great match.
5. Steve “The Turtle” Weiner d. Big Adam. Following the match Paiva tried to attack his REUNION opponent, only to be tossed from the ring. Commissioner Livsley reminded Paiva that if he tried to disqualify himself, or get counted out in Dedham he would lose the New England Title to Weiner.
6. “The Juice” JT Dunn w/ Luscious Latasha d. Vincenzo Abruzzi in their Grudge Match
7. “The Knight Angel” BerZerker won the Antisocial Gauntlet when he defeated the Masked Technical Expert in record time (about 6 seconds not including the pin).
In the second challenge, the Granite State Wrecking Crew ["The Unequaled One" Todd Sople & Gunar Rowe] were disqualified by Red Roche after refusing to break their double submission. In the third challenge an overconfident Kilgore went to finish off BerZerker with a pin, only to find “The Knight Angel” still coming back for more. With nothing else to do, Kilgore kicked him low, drawing a DQ. “The Antisocial Anarchist” then got out of dodge.
8. Buddy Romano d. Triplelicious as Buddy prepared for his REUNION rematch against Doug Summers.
9. The Schillar Park Posse [Cam Denile, Dale Denile, & Jack Krueger] d. Ruy Batello, Doug Summers, & Timothy Pittman when Cam Denile pinned Ruy Batello following a distraction from the injured David Marxxx-Loomis.

Northeast Championship Wrestling’s 14 year REUNION
Saturday night 4/9/11
Jacob Jones VFW #2017
Dedham, Massachusetts
NCW Commissioner: Dean “The Beast” Livsley
Ring Announcer: Shawn O’Vincent (filling in for Shane Daly)
Referees: Dan “Dance” Tanaka, CJ Higgins, and Red Roche
iPPV commentators: “The Antisocial Anarchist” Tim Kilgore & “The Trademark” Max Knight
The very next night in Dedham the show kicked off with Ring Announcer Shawn O’Vincent welcoming the commentators for the evening, “The Antisocial Anarchist” Tim Kilgore & “The Trademark” Max Knight. Kilgore was happy to step in for commentary that night, especially since “The Knight Angel” BerZerker was nowhere to be found after the brutal attack on The BerZerker the night before in Foxboro. Knight, an NCW newcomer is a former Power League Wrestling (PLW) New England Champion who’s looking to step back into the world of wrestling thanks to NCW.
1. 2010 NCW Rookie of the Year Eddie Loomis defeated Scotty “By God” Vegas. Before the match David Marxxx-Loomis chastised his little brother, blaming him for his injury.
2. “The One Girl Revolution” Taeler Hendrix defeated Generation SLAM’s Amber.
3. The Masked Technical Expert won the Reunion Rumble (Royal Rumble-style battle royal) thanks to assistance from “The Antisocial Anarchist” Tim Kilgore. Other participants were Richard Pacifico, Big Adam, “The Juice” J.T. Dunn, The Lumberjake, “The Alabama Jamma” Billy Norris, Brandon Scovill, “Chaotic” Chris James, Anthony Stone, and Scotty “By God” Vegas. After the match, The Masked Technical Expert revealed himself to be Michael Tootsie, Esq.
MTE then berated the Dedham crowd, forcing Dean “The Beast” Livsley to come out. Livsley again told MTE that he knew it was him under the mask all along, but MTE won’t have any of it. Dean says that he’s back in NCW. He has the contract, MTE has the Title shot, and it’s official. Livsley then welcomes MTE back with a vicious powerbomb!
4. “The Showoff” Mike Paiva defeated Steven “The Turtle” Weiner to retain the NCW New England Championship.
5. Triplelicious defeated “Revolution Chris Venom” (w/ Gina Marie). This was Chris’ final NCW match. He is retiring from wrestling in the next few weeks. After the match, the entire NCW roster came to the ring to congratulate Chris on his career.
6. Destruction Under Impact ["The Riot" Kellan Thomas & "Impact" William Thorne w/ Kelly Brooks & Anthony Stone] survived the NCW Tag Team Invitational (Survivor Series-style elimination match) over Project: Lethal [Rob the Giant & Kevin Cordeiro], The Granite State Wrecking Crew ["The Unequaled One" Todd Sople & "The Granite State Destroyer" Gunar Rowe], and The Schillar Park Posse [Jack Krueger & Dale Denile] to become the Number One Contenders for the NCW Tag Team Championship.
Following the match, the Schillar Park Posse remained in the ring, stunned over their loss. JC Marxxx entered, and once again brought up how they’ve dropped the ball. Having bought their contracts, Marxxx stated that they didn’t deserve to be a part of Zero Tolerance, and he should rip up their contracts altogether! A conflicted Jack Krueger took the microphone and asked JC to reconsider, saying he would do anything to be in Zero Tolerance… Hurt anyone he needed to… Beat anyone he had to… Even if it was his own partner. Krueger then attacked Dale Denile, laying him out with his DDT! Bringing in the steel chair from earlier, Krueger laid out Denile with another implant DDT right onto the chair. Asking if that was good enough for Marxxx, JC said it just wasn’t enough.
7. Dynamite Doug Summers defeated Buddy Romano.
Following the match, a dejected Romano challenged Doug Summers to a Best of 7 Series, believing he was and is better than the former NCW Heavyweight Champion. Summers was reluctant, but Romano then offered a $2000 purse, money he had gotten from his tax return. Agreeing that their previous two matches were a part of the ‘series’, Doug agreed bringing them to 1-1.
8. Generation SLAM ["Dynamic" John Thornhill & "The Average Guy" Tim Pittman w/ Amber] defeated Royalty William King & Marshall McNeil to retain the NCW Tag Team Championship.
9. “The Portuguese Sensation” Ruy Batello defeated Cam Denile to retain the NCW Heavyweight Championship. hitting him with ‘Ruination’.
After the match Batello gave Cam a show of respect, having earned it in the ring. David Marxxx-Loomis once again returned to the ring, only this time Batello chased him out of the building. As Cam left he was jumped by Jack Krueger, officially signaling the end of the Schillar Park Posse. Krueger laid out Denile, only to have the 4th member of the Posse Ryan Denile run out from the back (visiting his family and checking on his younger brother Dale) to thwart off Krueger. Jack bailed rather than continue the fight, as Ruy returned to keep everything at bay.
NCW returns to Dedham on Friday night, June 17th for Payback.
And on July 22nd NCW Summer Meltdown returns to Foxboro!
